Love this how to make changes that stick without feeling overwhelmed. Walking is so under rated

Can't agree more. Long walks in nature are my favorite form of movement.

In the words of James Clear himself… Don’t ask yourself what you can do on your best days. The trick is to ask, “What can I stick to even on my worst days?”

We often make habit change so much more complicated than it needs to be.

so true. consistency on the bad days is what actually moves the needle.

The permission to read only what you actually want to read... that one hit. So many of us carry this guilt about what we "should" be reading instead of just letting books be enjoyment. Also, walking without distractions is underrated. Some of my best thinking happens when I leave the earbuds at home :)

Exactly! This and the pressure to read X books a month, like it's a race to see who reads more. I like to read at my own pace, enjoying every page. Sometimes I read a book in a few days, sometimes it takes me months and that's ok ☺️

Consistency beats having the perfect routine. Creating simple systems and incorporating them to daily life to improve small aspects of life lead to significant changes over time.

The walking alone, or spending ANY time alone, with no distractions is severely underrated. This is a great list!
